Dynamics CRM – Insufficient permissions when opening form
This week, I got this error from two customers.
One is running CRM 2013 and the other CRM 2015.
When user opens account,contact or product form, they get this error:
If I remove their security role and added it again to the user, then they can open the form without error.
But the error comes again when they log in next time in CRM.
Very strange behavior.
What they have in common, is that the security role is built from scratch.
After some troubleshooting, I have found out that they need to have this privilege on their role:
