Dynamics CRM app error – We’re Sorry – You do not have sufficient permissions on the server to load the application

One of my clients contacted me today, they couldn’t configure the Dynamics CRM app for their users.
They sent me screenshot of the error from iPad and also screenshot that privilege ‘Use CRM App for Outlook’ was green/enabled.



After some testing, I have found out, that user’s security needs to have these two privileges enabled also:
